As we move through the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's crucial to take a step back and find moments of stillness to reflect, recharge, and repeat. For the military community, the journey of mindfulness and self-care can sometimes be a challenging one. This is where trauma-sensitive yoga classes tailored specifically to the military community can be a beacon of light.

When you step into one of my classes, you are entering more than just a physical space. You are entering a sanctuary where inclusivity, safety, and presence are at the core of each practice. My approach is grounded in creating a safe container for individuals to explore the healing power of yoga, no matter where they are on their journey.
The classes I offer are carefully crafted to address the unique needs and experiences of the military community. From gentle poses that promote relaxation and release tension to breathing exercises that help calm the mind, each class is designed to support holistic well-being.
